Entry Guidelines

per person are allowed. Entries from more than one carver can be mailed together to save on
postage – just be sure to identify each ornament. Each entry must include the submitter’s name,
address, phone number, and email for contact purposes.
• Deadline: Ornaments must be received by November 1, 2024.
• Ornaments will be photographed and posted on the NWCA website. An independent judge will
determine the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners.
• Entries do not have to be from NWCA members; the campaign is open to all carvers.
• Mixed media and styles are allowed; ornaments must have a hook or string for hanging on a tree.
• All entries must be created by the submitter and they become the property of the NWCA for use in this campaign.
Charity Donation
• Our committee will select multiple options for children’s hospitals or care centers to donate the
ornaments to in early December 2024. We will request that the charity provide a press release or
photo of the donation for public relations purposes.
• If you have a suggestion for a possible donation site, please let the committee know.
Contact us at nwcaweb@gmail.com with any questions or suggestions. Thank you for your participation and support. Let’s make this campaign a memorable and heartwarming success!
